Primary forms — circles, rectangles, triangles — are stacked and layered across a portrait canvas, each shape asserting its place through bold, unmodulated colour. The composition plays with balance and tension simultaneously: symmetry is suggested and then deliberately broken, giving the work a lively, restless energy rooted firmly in the Bauhaus design tradition. A still-life undercurrent anchors the abstraction without resolving it.

Produced as a canvas print in our Berlin studio, the woven cotton surface adds tactile warmth that enriches each colour field. The slight texture breathes life into the flat shapes, adding depth and a tangible, gallery-ready presence to this graphic statement piece.
